Sack catalogue description: Hepplewhite mahogany inlaid D-shaped card table bearing the symbol of the New Republic, the American eagle shield and eighteen stars in oval mitred panel, the flanking panels and side panels are line inlaid with oval-inlaid urn paterae in the plinths; the apron has a "toothed" border, the top a diamond border, the line-inlaid tapered legs have a diamond drop and "toothed" inlaid cuffs; choice original patina.
