Sack catalogue description: Classical mahogany tambour work table, the case is fronted by a deep drawer with tambour front, the tambour continues on the bowed sides and back; the finely figured top has a reeded edge and hinges to reveal a writing compartment, the case is supported on a well modeled reeded urn and molded outsplayed legs ending in brass casters, choice quality and color. Attributed to Duncan Phyfe.
