Notes:
Al-Mutamid (r. 1069-1091) ruled Seville until taken prisoner by the Almoravids. Al-Mutamid had originally welcomed the Almoravids into Spain as an ally against Alfonso VI of Castile. Al-Mutamid died in prison in Morocco.
