Sack catalogue description: Classical mahogany mantel clock, crossbanded base panel, bulged base and brass ball feet; the dish dial is fronted by a glass door with stenciled and églomisé floral decoration, lyre spandrels in the corners, an oval panel inscribed "Aaron Willard, Boston" in red background; scrolled crest with fluted plinth, in the finest state of preservation.
