Sack catalogue description: Hepplewhite mahogany inlaid butlers' desk on slender tapered legs with line inlay, the desk panel has twin inlaid ovals over a row of divided drawers, the interior drawers are bordered by line inlay and flank a center door with oval inlaid panel; a contemporary inscription in an interior drawer reads, "Thomas Arnold Remington."
