Sack catalogue description: Hepplewhite mahogany shelf clock, enamel kidney dial inscribed "E. TABER" in oval contained in enamel plinth with floral field, molded and arched cornice ornamented with three original brass beaded-edge urn finials; the lower case centered by oval inlaid rosette with crossbanded borders, bale side carrying handles, ogee bracket feet; original mellow brown patina, in the finest original state. ----- Bibliography: Book: American Antiques from Israel Sack Collection, 10 vols.
