Sack catalogue description: Original catalogue description (November 1980) – Hepplewhite mahogany and cherry D-shaped sideboard with recessed center cupboard flanked by bottle drawers, the drawers and cupboard doors inlaid with black and white line borders, the center drawer features a Grecian urn and inlaid paterae in rectangular frame; the stiles contain satinwood panels above which are floral paterae in satinwood backgrounds flanking each drawer, inlaid apron border and cuffs. Updated catalogue description (1983) – William Lloyd's masterpiece, made and labeled by William Lloyd; this sideobard achieves a mark of excellence for architectural merit, selection of materials and superb decorative inlays.
