Ain Gehalteh fountain washing the fatted sheep. A woman and child wash a sheep at a fountain. The fountain is inset in the side of a stone structure. From the collection of Henry Harris Jessup (1832-1910) who was a missionary in Syria from 1856 to 1910, serving under the American Board of Commissioners for Foreign Missions and Presbyterian Mission Board. Also included in the International Mission Photography Archive.
