- The worship of ancestors costs the Empire of China 30,000 000 pounds annually. The total number of Christian adherents in China in connexion[sic] with the C.M.S. is places at nearly 27,000. The image depicts two Chinese men and a boy in an altar room praying and doing rites for ancestor worship. The postcard is written on back and front.
